Taking children from KS 2 the choir meets for weekly sessions from 8.45am on Friday morning. All children are welcome – the only requirement is a love of singing.

We sing a range of songs and styles from pop to gospel, folk to rap, modern and old and perform regularly in and around the local area.

Annual performances include working with the Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust in their annual ‘Big Sing’ at the Derngate Theatre, Northampton and the Rotary Club of Wellingborough to celebrate the start of Christmas in their Seasonal concert.

Other activities have included Christmas singing in the shopping centre in Wellingborough and joining the musical theatre group on stage at the ‘Festival’ in Northampton.

Each session begins with a warm up where children learn to use their voices safely, with growing confidence; developing tone and stamina in their singing.
